After 12 years in business banking, Angela chose to start a new career journey in real estate. Cathy is a people person that has enjoyed working with buyers and sellers since 2013. She and her Veteran, David, live in the Temple-Belton area of Central Texas, about an hour north of Austin along the IH-35 corridor.

Graduating from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a degree in nursing, Cathy had the opportunity to work with newborns and premature infants, as well as an Army wife volunteer in a variety of capacities. Ryan was born and raised in Hallettsville, TX, but moved away in 2007 after graduating high school, and then moved back to Texas in January of 2020. He was a Naval Special Warfare operator from 2009 to 2015. During that time, he was stationed with SEAL Team 8 and also served as a Land Warfare instructor for NSW’s Training Detachment. From 2015 to 2020, he was an Anti-Piracy Security Specialist and Risk Management Consultant.

Due to his previous professions, he is able to effectively assess risk and apply that knowledge to aid clients in making more informed decisions in the home buying or selling process. Also, having had to plan and facilitate multi-national training and garner relations with U.S. allies, that experience lends to his communication skills and ability to help clients achieve the best possible deal when buying or selling.
